Custom Cabinetry Lighting, Recessed Focal Lighting
Phantom Lighting is a pioneer, Houston-based art lighting company and low voltage lighting manufacturer established in 1981 to service the lighting and design community. Phantom Contour Projector and Phantom strip lights feature lighting technology that is completely unique, 100% proprietary, and found nowhere else in the world of lighting. Phantom’s revolutionary approach todecorative picture lighting and low voltage display, shelf, and under cabinet lighting has taken it from humble origins to the level of an international leader in lighting manufacturing on two continents.
On a nationwide level, both lighting distributors and private individuals can obtain our products through lighting manufacturer representatives who work in each of the 50 states. On the international level, we have lighting manufacturer representatives in Canada, Mexico, Central America, and South America, and website content in multiple languages. We specialize in high performance lighting products designed for low voltage adjustable display lighting and precision optical framing projectors for the illumination of art. The unique design and unparalleled performance of our products make them a favorite choice of architects, builders, interior designers and homeowners who expect only the very best money can buy.
The name “Phantom” provides the key to understanding the concepts behind our engineering design. In virtually every legend worldwide, Phantoms appear only briefly, or not at all. People often see, hear, and feel their effects without ever seeing a visible source. Our display lighting and recessed art lighting fixtures have this same intention in mind. They are not intended to be visible to the viewer, but to rather unobtrusively make the paintings and display contents that they illuminate more visible, distinct, differentiated, and showcased in a whole new light. Just like the ghosts of legend and popular documentary, it is almost impossible to see a Phantom Projector or Strip Light, but you always see and feel the effects of its presence. We have created fixtures that the eye cannot see with a special optical lens system that projects beams of light radiating from the powerful halogen light source.
